Our group classes are in small groups of 5-8. Teachers can give you the personal touch that you can’t get at those big gyms!
High Intensity Interval Training (HiiT) consists of a warm up period of exercise, followed by repetitions of high intensity exercise, separated by medium intensity exercise, and ending with a period of cool down exercise. This workout will burn calories long after you finish. Never boring, this group class utilizes sandbags, kettlebells, bodyweights and CrossCore® suspension, agility ladders and MORE! You are guaranteed to sweat and have fun. Not only is HiiT the most effective method for losing unwanted fat, it is also designed to improve your cardiovascular health, and to give you the lean and strong body that you desire.
CrossCore® RBT™ is more than suspended bodyweight training! CrossCore® allows you to incorporate natural and rotational movement while performing bodyweight exercises. Rotation is a necessary component of truly effective suspended bodyweight training and tri-planar movement. Rotation is what makes it possible to perform the moves involved in a sport, occupation or everyday life for maximum results. And rotation is crucial in properly strengthening the core and preventing injuries in other parts of the body.
This unique class utilizes the technical foundations to gain both strength and flexibility. For anyone looking for alternative ways of using their own body weight to increase their range of motion and muscle tone. Each student will work on his/her own aerial hammock and be given modifications or progressions.
